These terms govern your use of riosoftworks.com. The site is operated by Rio Leads AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Rio Softworks ("Rio Softworks", "we", "us" or "our"). Rio Softworks is a division of Rio Leads AI LLC, not a separate company. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
The site tells you who we are and how we work, and it gives you ways to contact us. Its content is general information. It is not an offer, a quote or a promise of any particular result. Using the site or contacting us does not create an agreement between you and us to do any work.
2. Work we do for you
If you hire us, the work is governed by a written agreement that we both sign. That agreement sets out what we will build, the fees, and what each of us is responsible for. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.
3. The AI receptionist
The AI receptionist shown on the site is a Rio Leads AI service. It is offered under the terms of service and privacy policy published at rioleads.ai, not under these terms.
4. Using the site
You may view the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- copy the site's text, design or logos to present them as your own;
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
The site's text, design and logos, and the Rio Softworks name, belong to Rio Leads AI LLC or are used with permission.
5. What you send us
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you send us. Until we sign a written agreement, there is no confidentiality agreement between you and us. If you need something you tell us to be covered by a confidentiality agreement, tell us before you share it, and we will agree in writing how to handle it.
6. Links to other websites
The site links to websites we do not control, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
7. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or error-free, or that it is always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. If we are found liable for anything to do with the site, our total liability is limited to US$100.
This section covers the site only. Any written agreement for work sets its own limits.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. The version posted when you use the site is the one that applies.
11. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not waived it. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
12. Language
These terms are published in English and Spanish. Both versions are meant to say the same thing. If they differ, the English version controls.
